To improve the customer experience, we’ve now made it easier to request printed manuals. A new webpage with an online request form is now live. A link to the new form has been added to the Manuals and Downloads page in the Support section of SpeedQueen.com. To access the online request form, please click here.
We have also added the link to the registration confirmation page – so customers now have the option to request a manual after registering a product.
In efforts to provide a consistent brand experience for our customers, we have created a new logo guidelines document. Please refer to this document when you or your dealers use the Speed Queen logo in print or digitally. Click here to download the document.
Customers can now find information for our front load washer and dryer pedestals online. The pedestals can be found on the FF7 online product page and DF7 online product page. Images have been added to the product image galleries and the product specifications now include both white and black pedestal part numbers.
The Speed Queen Story course is now available on the Dealer Center. In this course, you will learn how to: • Identify the important milestones in the history of Speed Queen home laundry • List the markets that Alliance Laundry Systems serves • Explain the company’s global presence in commercial laundry • Define the current position of Speed Queen • Describe the benefits that Speed Queen offers to its partners Log in now to take the class. Dealer Blog Post for July
New Blog content for July is now available for download. This unique content is indented to be shared directly on dealer websites and social channels. This month we have two blog posts and supporting social posts with images. The files can be found on the Dealer Center in the Marketing OnDemand section of the site. Dealers can search the word “blog” to quickly find the files. We also share with both BrandSource and Nationwide Marketing Group – for faster access and posting of the content.
Social Posts for July
July social media posts are now available on the Marketing OnDemand section of the Dealer Center. All post options are tagged to “Social Media” so your dealers can use the search option to quickly find the content they are looking for. This month’s topics include useful tips for tackling dad’s laundry, tips to get the stink out of workout clothes, information about how our dryers are proven to sanitize loads and more. We also share with both BrandSource and Nationwide Marketing Group – for faster access and posting of the content

Servicers and servicing dealers can now access recorded service webinars on Alliance Academy & the Dealer Center. To access the recordings, select Virtual Service Schools & Webinars from the menu.
We have a new way to order Speed Queen marketing materials. This quick and simple online ordering option is accessed through MyAlliance and replaces ordering through Genuine Parts. The
Confidence Plus extended warranty is now available! This factory-backed
extended warranty adds 3 years of peace of mind to the standard 3, 5, or 7 year
product warranty for a combined maximum of 10 years.
You are
welcome to share assets with your dealers to promote the Confidence Plus
extended warranty with their new and previous customers. Previous customers can
purchase the Confidence Plus extended warranty if they purchased and installed
their machines within the last 2 years.

Top Load Washer (TR) & Dryer Updates
Enhancements have been made to the TR top load washers and dryers.
TR updates include improved wash performance with a change in load size selections to include a “Heavy Soil” option. Dryer updates include a new push to start button and bidirectional timer.

Keep an eye out for an introduction to the new Dealer Center
coming your way shortly. Access will be available soon and will include both a
new look and functionality. You’ll still access it through the same URL, www.speedqueendealer.com, but you
will see an evolved platform featuring user-friendly and engaging training
videos as well as a portal into Marketing on Demand to access logos, images,
social media assets, sales tools, and more.
Streaming Channel for Dealers
We are currently in the process of breaking the mold on
extreme testing. A new streaming channel will be live soon where we will be
running a TR7, non-stop, just like we do in the lifecycle testing lab, with
three full sets of billiard balls (cue balls included). Dealers will have the
ability to stream this right to their show floor to drive home the benefits of
a dynamic balancing system and the Speed Queen durability message.

Dealer Council Summary
Throughout the fall,
we traveled to several different parts of the country to talk with dealers with
the goal of better understanding dealer needs and behavior to help finish 2019
strong and guide planning for 2020. We covered several topics, had great
conversations, and wanted to highlight some of the recurring themes we heard:
Capacity is the hardest objection to overcome. The
most desired product improvement is a larger tub size that can wash a king size
comforter.
A Quiet washer is worth talking about. Dealers
think the TR washer line has a real advantage over competitor brands because it
agitates at 43 decibels. We will be adding this to our point of sale materials
in 2020.
Dealers are confused about the Speed Queen
washer lines. There isn’t a clear difference between our TR and TC washers,
which is causing confusion at the dealer level. We will be creating educational
tools to resolve this in 2020.
Promoting Speed Queen on Dealer Websites
As a reminder, please encourage dealers to promote Speed Queen on their website homepages. Web banners are available on the Dealer Center, through Nationwide Marketing Group’s Just say Yes program, Retailer Web Services and AVB-BrandSource sites.
